Murrey Math RT alternative for Ninjatrader 7

See description for NT8 version. This NT7 version is very similar, but with a couple of missing (mostly visual) features. For example, Momentum Lines are still not enabled for this version, as is the ability to generate 4-period frames. Current settings start at 8 up to 128.
